Conditions for Refund:
Service Non-Delivery: If Xpat Solutions fails to deliver the agreed-upon services for reasons within our control, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the service fees paid.
Cancellation by Client: Clients may be eligible for a refund if they cancel their engagement with Xpat Solutions before services have commenced, subject to any administrative or processing fees outlined in our terms and conditions.
Service Dissatisfaction: In cases where clients are dissatisfied with our services and can demonstrate that Xpat Solutions did not meet our service standards or commitments, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Exclusions:
Service Commencement: Once Xpat Solutions has commenced work on a client’s behalf, the service fees paid are generally non-refundable. This applies regardless of the outcome of the immigration process or any subsequent changes in client circumstances.
Third-Party Fees: Any third-party fees or expenses incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., government application fees) are non-refundable and will not be covered under Xpat Solutions’ refund policy.
